Amenity Information, Rules and Regulations

CLUBHOUSE: The clubhouse is located at 121 Schooner Ridge Drive, and is open daily, year round. There is an extensive, exercise facility, racquetball court, game room, heated indoor pool, locker rooms, sitting room, outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a courtyard with playground equipment. Please sign in when using these facilities.

INTERNET ACCESS: Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in the clubhouse.

INDOOR POOL: We have a heated indoor pool in the clubhouse, which is open all year-round.

CLUBHOUSE OUTDOOR POOL: There is an outdoor pool with a kiddie pool located at 119 Schooner Ridge Drive, adjacent to the clubhouse.

This pool is open from 8 am -8 pm, June through September, weather permitting.

OCEANFRONT OUTDOOR POOL: The outdoor pool is located on the oceanfront at the end of Schooner Ridge Drive.

This pool is open from 9 am -9 pm, late-May through September, weather permitting. Children under age 12 are not allowed in any pools without a parent or guardian. As we do not have lifeguards on duty at any pool, swimming is always at your own risk.

TENNIS: There are two unlit outdoor tennis courts located behind the clubhouse. Racquets are available for rent. Please wear appropriate tennis shoes.

RACQUETBALL: There is one racquetball court located in the clubhouse. Racquets are available for rent. Please wear appropriate shoes.

EXERCISE EQUIPMENT: There is a variety of exercise equipment in the clubhouse, including weight machines, free weights, treadmills, exercise bikes and more. For safety reasons, children must be at least 14 years old to use the equipment, and must have parental supervision until age 16. Shirts and shoes are required in all workout areas.

GAME ROOM: There is a coin-operated game room in the club-house with air hockey, pool, and video games. For your convenience, a change machine is available. A beverage vending ma-chine is located in the clubhouse.

BEACH ACCESS: We have a walk-over to the beach at the end of Schooner Ridge Drive, at the oceanfront pool.

PARKING: There is limited parking available in the marked area in front of the clubhouse and in the parking area one lot back from the oceanfront pool. A parking pass must be displayed at all times when using these areas. To allow for access for emergency vehicles, parking is not allowed along the streets; and as this rule is strictly enforced, vehicles violating this rule are subject to towing.

UNLICENSED / UNREGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLE POLICY: Renters are not permitted to operate golf carts, mopeds, or any other unlicensed and/or unregistered motor vehicles. Violations of the policy will result in enforcement actions as per the policy, and may include revocation of the renters' use of the clubhouse, pools, and other amenities.

Use of other unlicensed and/or unregistered motor vehicles are prohibited at all times. This includes vehicles such as, but not limited to, gas powered motor bikes, mini bikes, go carts, gas scooters and ATVs.
