Sand Castle Condominiums - Rules & Regulations

All common elements, including but not limited to the parking lot, hallways, stairs, stairwells, and landscaped area shall be used only for the purposes intended. No articles of personal property belonging to occupants shall be stored in such areas. Bicycles and motorized vehicles may not be kept in the halls. Park in the parking lot only. Do not block entrance to sidewalks when parking.

The balconies shall not be used for hanging or drying laundry. Occupants shall be permitted to use balconies for the purpose of drying beach wear such as bathing suits and towels if hung on a line below railing height.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

Other Rules and Regulations

• ANNOYANCES: Children shall play and run in the yards, not in the stairwells. No occupant may make or permit any disturbing noises in the units or the common elements or do anything that would interfere with the rights, comforts, or other conveniences of other occupants. No occupant may play any musical instrument, phonograph, radio, or television in his unit or on or about the condominium in such a manner as to disturb other occupants.
• BOATS and TRAILERS: No boats or trailers are allowed in the parking lot.
• According to NC Law Occupancy is LIMITED to 2 PERSONS PER BEDROOM.
