Port Trinitie - Rules & Regulations

PARKING:

You must park only in the driveway of the home in which you are staying. There is NO parking along the streets in Port Trintie or in the yard of the property. Parking anywhere else may cause your vehicle to be towed.

OTHER VEHICLES:

Golf carts, RVs, campers, trailers and mobile homes are not permitted in the community.

BEACH ACCESS:

Walking on any part of the dunes in Dare County is prohibited. Access to the beach is via the designated walkovers. There is no skateboarding, bike riding, roller blading or any other activity allowed on the walkways. Please be considerate of the families and homes along the walkways.

POOLS:

Port Trinitie has 2 pools, open May 19 through September 22. Under no circumstances are pets allowed inside the gated pools.

TENNIS COURTS:

There is no skateboarding, bike riding, etc. on the courts – they are for tennis only.

QUIET HOURS:

Between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please keep noise to a minimum. Please be respectful of your neighbors and houses along the paths and streets.
