Four Seasons - Rules & Regulations
Four Seasons in Duck offers a wide array of ocean to sound amenities, all for use exclusively by owners and their guests. The winding roads meander through a well-planned community of single family homes surrounded by tall trees, sweeping dunes and water views. The community spans ocean to sound in the heart of Duck, NC.
Our up-to-date and well maintained amenities include:
- Recreation Center: The recreation center houses a heated indoor pool and baby pool, exercise rooms, a gathering room with ping pong tables and board games, and a sunbathing courtyard with outdoor picnic area.
- Tennis: Two unlit tennis courts located next to the Recreation Center. Racquets are available for rental and balls are available for purchase.
- Basketball: A basketball court is also located next to the Recreation Center and tennis courts. Basketballs are available for rent.
- Indoor and Outdoor Pools: The heated, indoor pool and baby pool are located in the Recreation Center and is open year-round. The second, outdoor pool is located near the oceanfront and is open from mid-May through early October, weather permitting. As there are no lifeguards on duty at the pools, swimming is always at your own risk.
- Playground and Shuffleboard: A children's playground and shuffleboard area are located at the outdoor pool.
- Tetherball & Corn Hole: Good old family fun!
- Exercise Equipment: A variety of cardio equipment and weight machines are available in the Recreation Center.
- Beach Access: Two walkways are available to access the beach. One runs the length of Four Seasons on the north side and one runs the length of Four Seasons on the south side. They can be accessed from the cul-de-sac on each side street.
- Trolley Transportation: Trolley service is available Memorial Day until Labor Day (Monday - Fridays only). The trolley runs continually throughout the resort. Just wave to the driver for pickup!
- Sound Side Pier: This is located across Duck Road on the Currituck Sound. A perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon of crabbing or to view a lovely sunset. Since parking is prohibited at the pier area, residents and guests are encouraged to park at the Recreation Center and then walk across the street directly across from the south beach access walkway.
- Parking: Parking is available in the marked area near the beach on Lala Court, at the outdoor pool, and at the clubhouse. A parking permit must be displayed. Parking is not permitted along the streets or on the grass. Golf carts should be parked only in designated spaces that are specifically marked for golf cart use.
