ESA Easterns Surfing Championships
- Location: Jennette's Pier, Nags Head
The largest amateur surfing organization in the world hosts the season's "grand finale" where the best of the best surfers go head to head. More information.
Dynamic Flow on the Green
- Location: Town Green, Duck, NC
- Starts: 7:30 a.m.
- Ends: 8:15 a.m.
Dynamic Flow on the Green with the OBX Fit takes place in person as well as live streamed on Facebook. Dynamic Flow is a natural, practical, and playful calisthenics workout for the amateur and the athlete. Watch a short video to hear about the workout from local trainer DL Althoff.
