Dynamic Flow on the Green

- Ends: 8:15 a.m.
Dynamic Flow on the Green with the OBX Fit takes place in person as well as live streamed on Facebook. Dynamic Flow is a natural, practical, and playful calisthenics workout for the amateur and the athlete. Watch a short video to hear about the workout from local trainer DL Althoff. Sponsored by Duck’s Cottage, Coffee & Books and Downtown Books in Manteo.

Dowdy Park Farmers Market

- Ends: 1:00 p.m.
Dowdy Park hosts its Farmers Market every Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Located at 3005 S. Croatan Highway at Bonnett Street in Nags Head, North Carolina this market features local artisans, farm stands, fresh produce, Outer Banks crafts, honey, delicious baked goods, and snacks and drinks to enjoy while you shop. Dowdy park features a playground and sports courts to keep the whole family entertained during your visit. Limited parking is available onsite. Additional parking is available next door at Nags Head Elementary School or across the street at the Outer Banks Family YMCA.
