Clubhouse Facilities

Include a workout room, pool tables, indoor pool, and outdoor tennis courts. They are for Owner & Guest use only. Please be sure to sign in, and adhere to all posted rules.

Pool

As there are no lifeguards on duty at the pool, swimming is always at your own risk. Glass bottles and pets are not allowed in the pool area. Please be sure to follow all posted rules.

Parking

Parking is permitted only upon the paved parking area of each home. Parking on the streets is not permitted, as not to hinder access by emergency vehicles. No boat, boat trailer, other trailer, camper, recreational vehicle, utility vehicle or truck may be parked over-night unless it can be enclosed within a carport or garage.

Large Vehicles

Campers, travel trailers, trucks, self-propelled mobile homes, and other vehicles of that nature, may not at any time be used as a temporary or permanent residence.

Ordinances

Per ordinances in the Town of Duck and in consideration of others in the com-munity, creating or permitting any unreasonably loud noise, including outdoor music, televisions, musical instruments, or any other items that would disturb others is prohibited at all times.

In 2002, the Town of Duck adopted “Dark Sky” lighting standards that were designed to help preserve the visual integrity of the nighttime environment and maintain the character of our coastal community. To help preserve dark skies, see better at night, and save a great deal of energy and money, everyone is encouraged to turn off all exterior lighting overnight.
